Integration Architect – Pega LSA/SSA (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect to lead end‑to‑end integration design for a large‑scale insurance platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on translating complex business processes into scalable, low‑code solutions on the Pega platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver robust integration architectures for enterprise‑level insurance applications.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and map business processes to technical solutions.
• Select appropriate integration components, communication patterns and data models.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, make architectural decisions and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and integration patterns to enhance system interoperability and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Integration Architect or Lead System Architect in large enterprise environments.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to communicate architectural trade‑offs to non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent English communication skills for daily client and team interaction.

Required skills

• Pega Architecture – expert level (P4) with LSA certification.
• Hands‑on expertise with the Pega Platform.
• API design and modern enterprise integration patterns.
• Low‑Code Application Development.
