CX System Administrator (Junior/Mid-Level)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior/Mid-Level CX System Administrator to own the day‑to‑day maintenance and support of our helpdesk and chatbot ecosystem. This hands‑on position ensures our customer‑experience tools run smoothly, allowing senior staff to focus on strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Zendesk: manage groups, user fields, ticket fields, views, macros, triggers, and automations.
• Onboard/offboard agents, assign roles, permissions, and group memberships.
• Monitor workflow health, troubleshoot routing, SLAs, tagging, and business rules.
• Perform regular audits and clean‑ups of unused configurations.
• Serve as first point of contact for stakeholder requests and translate them into system changes.
• Build, maintain, and improve Snowcommerce chatbot flows and help centers.
• Support Printify and Printful bot flows, flagging larger issues for senior review.
• Maintain up‑to‑date system documentation and runbooks.
• Manage the team’s Jira board: track, prioritize, and close tasks while keeping tickets current.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and enjoys solving operational puzzles.
• Comfortable working independently and as a go‑to support person.
• Strong communication skills for translating stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
• Junior to mid‑level experience with customer‑experience platforms.
