Customer Success Analytics Team Lead

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Customer Success Analytics Team Lead to drive data‑focused insights across the post‑sales lifecycle. You will lead a team of analysts, partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Finance, and build the analytics foundation that powers health scoring, playbooks, and executive insights.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, develop and manage a team of data analysts.
• Set team and individual objectives, review work quality, unblock delivery and provide regular feedback.
• Define the analytics vision, long‑term goals and KPI framework for both the analyst team and the business units they support.
• Plan capacity, manage workload distribution and build cases for additional headcount.
• Design and maintain ELT/ETL workflows across CRM (Salesforce), product usage, support and financial systems.
• Ensure data quality, lineage and governance while documenting processes.
• Deliver high‑quality datasets, pipelines and dashboards that provide clear, actionable signals to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data‑analytics teams in a customer‑success or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of internal processes, policies and the ability to navigate a large corporate setting.
• Excellent communication skills to inspire teams and influence cross‑functional partners.
