Customer Service Representative for DACH region

About the role

Join a global leader in industrial coating resins as a Customer Service Representative supporting the DACH region. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issues while ensuring smooth internal coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer and material data.
• Process sales and sample orders using SAP ERP.
• Oversee consignment stock, invoicing, and related documentation.
• Support cross‑functional teams with pricing changes and internal coordination.
• Participate in improvement and automation projects.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and documentation maintenance.
• Provide backup support for peers and manage additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Motivated, self‑organized individual with a "can‑do" attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration, logistics or related field.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Logical mindset with high precision and responsibility.
