Customer Support Specialist (English)

About the role

As a Customer Support Specialist you will support a fintech client that provides secure and instant online payments. The main channel will be email and chat in English, with the possibility to assist customers in other languages using translation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide email and chat support to fintech customers in English.
• Assist customers speaking other languages by leveraging translation tools.

Required profile

• People‑first, energetic and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Confident communication in English (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to work onsite at our Riga office (Kr. Valdemara iela 21).
• Curious, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but attitude and communication style are most important.
