Customer Relationship Manager

About the role

Join BluOr Bank’s Digital Service and Information Center in Riga as a Customer Relationship Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them through phone and digital channels while promoting the bank’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers via phone and digital platforms, providing accurate information about bank services and products.
• Proactively drive sales by recommending suitable financial solutions.
• Handle day‑to‑day inquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Achieve established sales targets and contribute to the centre’s performance goals.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Latvian and a good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in banking, insurance, or telecommunications.
• Ability to quickly learn financial products and digital solutions.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude toward customers.
