Customer Contact Centre Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Contact Centre Representative to join our team in Riga. You will be the first point of contact for both B2B and B2C customers, providing friendly and efficient assistance via phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support fuel station staff by addressing operational situations promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team, sharing information and providing timely assistance.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Enter and update data in the customer service system accurately.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Fluent in Latvian; English knowledge is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and solve problems effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using email and CRM systems.
