Contact Center Operator – Support Wind Energy Robotics

About the role

Aerones is looking for a Contact Center Operator to support its field teams that maintain innovative robotic solutions for wind turbine upkeep. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls, logging tickets and ensuring smooth escalation of complex cases.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with field technicians.
• Log, update and maintain tickets accurately.
• Resolve issues using the Knowledge Base and AI assistant.
• Escalate complex cases to L2 with complete notes.
• Communicate solutions, record outcomes and support technicians via Google Chat.
• Report recurring issues and identify Knowledge Base gaps.

Required profile

• Calm, confident phone manner in both directions.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Disciplined note‑taking and ticket hygiene.
• Good judgment on when to resolve versus escalate.
• Familiarity with AI assistants.
• Helpful to have experience in help‑desk, contact‑center or dispatch roles.
• Latvian or additional language skills are a plus.
• Exposure to ITSM tools or MaintainX and knowledge of wind‑energy field operations.
