Business Processes IT Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Processes IT Development Specialist to lead cross‑functional process improvement initiatives across Operations, Commercial, Finance and other functions. You will design, document and implement scalable end‑to‑end processes while leveraging automation, RPA and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own cross‑functional business process improvement projects.
• Design, document and implement end‑to‑end processes that are practical and aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze inefficient processes and reduce manual work, errors and time consumption using automation, RPA and AI solutions.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date process documentation, including workflows, instructions and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in business process simplification and standardisation within IT systems.
• Strong background in business process management or operational excellence.
• Proven experience working cross‑functionally with Operations, Commercial, Finance and other business areas.
• Practical experience with digital, automation, RPA and AI tools for process analysis and optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of project‑management processes.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Latvian and English.
