Business Information Data Architect

About the role

As a Business Information Data Architect you will shape the enterprise data architecture and ensure that critical business information is defined, governed and trusted across the organization. You will act as a bridge between data owners, stewards and business stakeholders, supporting Finance, Risk, Compliance, KYC, Product Development and Technology functions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business information management standards that support enterprise data governance.
• Define and evolve the business information architecture to provide consistent representation of critical data.
• Ensure ownership, traceability and observability of key business information and data assets.
• Develop frameworks for assessing the impact of data changes and support governance decisions.
• Own data‑governance platforms, enabling metadata management, data lineage and data‑quality processes.
• Maintain the business glossary, metadata catalogues and business lineage documentation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business information modelling, metadata management and data lineage concepts.
• Proven experience driving adoption of data‑governance practices across multiple business domains.
• Experience managing and developing data‑governance platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory data‑management principles such as BCBS239 is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills.
