Business Developer – Mobile Business Application Team

About the role

SEB is looking for a Business Developer to join its Mobile Business Application team in Riga. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of mobile banking features for business customers, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the delivery squads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of mobile app features within an Agile Scrum framework.
• Translate business goals, regulatory requirements and customer needs into well‑defined backlog items.
• Coordinate initiative‑level activities, manage dependencies and ensure timely decision‑making.
• Support Product Owners with context, priority clarity and backlog refinement.
• Monitor delivery risks, remove impediments and drive continuous improvement of Agile ways of working.
• Assist release planning, go‑to‑market readiness and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering mobile or digital product features in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Strong ability to turn business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritized backlog items.
• Project‑ownership mindset with comfort managing end‑to‑end initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
