Wellness Coach – Employee Wellbeing (BPO) in Riga

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Wellness Coach to join a global BPO leader’s team in Riga. You will help employees improve their health, resilience and work‑life balance while contributing to a positive organisational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve wellness programmes tailored to BPO staff.
• Conduct one‑to‑one and group coaching sessions on stress management, nutrition, work‑life balance and personal development.
• Collaborate with HR, managers and global wellness teams to assess needs, analyse engagement data and launch targeted campaigns.
• Organise in‑person and virtual workshops, webinars and awareness activities that are inclusive for all employee levels.
• Monitor programme effectiveness through feedback, participation rates and outcome metrics, adjusting initiatives as needed.
• Provide confidential guidance and refer employees to external resources while respecting data‑privacy standards.
• Champion a culture of health, inclusivity and support within the Riga BPO community.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Latvian or Russian is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience as a Wellness Coach, Occupational Health or Employee Assistance professional in a BPO or fast‑paced multicultural environment.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and interpersonal abilities with genuine empathy.
• Knowledge of health promotion, mental‑health strategies and workplace wellbeing best practices.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating programme outcomes and tailoring support.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality.
• Relevant certification or degree in Health & Wellness, Psychology, Occupational Health or related fields is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with digital learning tools or wellness platforms.
