Medical Representative – Consumer Health Care in Latvia

About the role

MagnaPharm Baltics is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote its consumer health care portfolio across Latvia. You will work directly with physicians, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical, OTC, food supplement and cosmetic products to healthcare professionals and pharmacies.
• Plan and conduct regular visits to physicians and pharmacy customers within the assigned territory.
• Deliver professional product presentations and scientific information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and organize educational meetings, events and product‑related activities.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Achieve sales objectives and contribute to the execution of brand strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical or pharmacy sales (2+ years preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and result‑driven personality.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Good English language skills and a valid Category B driving licence.
