Warehouse Employee – Materials & Inventory Specialist

About the role

Aerones is looking for a Warehouse Employee to support the flow of materials and inventory that enable our robotic solutions for wind turbine maintenance. You will work in a modern, safe plant and office environment in Riga, ensuring that all goods are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming materials and inventory.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for domestic and international shipments.
• Label, organize and store materials according to SOPs and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow quality, safety and procedural guidelines.
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Ability to perform physical work and lift moderate loads.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow written procedures.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
