About the role

The State Border Guard College is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the full cycle of purchasing activities. This position ensures that all procurement processes comply with public procurement regulations and supports the College’s operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and conduct procurement procedures for the acquisition of goods and services required by the College.
• Prepare and update the public procurement plan for the upcoming year, incorporating submitted proposals.
• Assign identification numbers to procurement procedures and maintain related documentation.
• Assist in preparing procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms.
• Register all procurement-related documents such as protocols, decisions, applications, offers, and notices.
• Monitor contract performance within the scope of competence.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities and submit them according to established procedures.
• Plan and procure office supplies, representation items, and stationery for the College.
• Conduct market research when required by legislation for material acquisitions.
• Request financial resources for operational activities in accordance with competence and procedures.
• Participate in the drafting of contract projects.

Required profile

• Understanding of public procurement regulations and ability to verify compliance.
• Experience in organising procurement processes and managing related documentation.
• Capability to monitor contract execution and prepare detailed reports.
• Ability to conduct market research and plan purchases for office and representation needs.
• Competence to request and manage financial resources for operational activities.
