About the role

We are looking for a senior finance analyst to join our Cash Management Group. You will be responsible for overseeing short‑ and long‑term liquidity, providing strategic financial support, and continuously improving resource‑management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash‑flow operations, forecasting and planning.
• Maintain relationships and communication with banks and other financial institutions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare cash‑flow reports, forecasts and analytical insights for management.
• Drive process improvements and implement best‑practice procedures.
• Collaborate closely with internal business partners and credit institutions.
• Lead a small team (one direct report) and support their professional development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cash‑flow planning, liquidity management and financial resource optimisation.
• Strong understanding of bank products, financial instruments and their strategic use.
• Ability to analyse large data sets, spot trends, risks and opportunities.
• Knowledge of financial and management accounting principles.
• Experience organising a small team and fostering collaboration.
• High accuracy, strong sense of responsibility and ability to deliver quality results in a dynamic environment.
