Specialist Finance with French language skills

About the role

The Finance & Control department at Circle K Business Centre in Riga is expanding and seeks a Specialist Finance professional fluent in French to support receivables recovery, credit management and related financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Recover receivables through reminders, calls, SMS, email and, if needed, bailiff actions.
• Process payment reminders, manage payment plans and ensure proper functioning of direct debits with banks.
• Analyze new customer and credit line requests, adjust credit limits and allocate guarantees.
• Verify and process aged balances, block/unblock fuel cards, and handle bankruptcy cases.
• Report and monitor overdue items, losses and organize meetings with the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (students in final year are acceptable).
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and financial statements.
• Fluent in English and French, both oral and written.
• Precise, analytical, organized, solution‑oriented and stress‑resistant.
• Self‑motivated, positive team player.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems – SAP preferred; JDE considered an advantage.
