Training Trainer – Customer Service & Sales Development

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Training Trainer to join Tet’s Training & Motivation team. You will help both new and experienced colleagues improve their customer service and sales skills through inspiring and clear instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead face‑to‑face and remote training sessions, including group workshops and one‑on‑one coaching.
• Analyse sales conversations and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• Shadow employees on the shop floor to identify skill gaps and support daily work improvement.
• Collaborate with team leaders on employee development plans.
• Participate in onboarding trainings for new products, processes and systems.
• Suggest improvements for training materials and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong motivation and ability to inspire others.
• Analytical mindset with skill in delivering constructive feedback.
• Good digital literacy and willingness to adopt new tools, including AI.
• High sense of responsibility, initiative and result‑orientation.
