Tender Manager (Public Sector)

About the role

The company is seeking a detail‑oriented Tender Manager to lead the end‑to‑end preparation of public‑sector tenders across international markets. You will be responsible for turning identified opportunities into competitive, compliant proposals that meet strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and monitor tender opportunities from organisations such as NATO, the United Nations, the European Commission and Baltic public institutions.
• Conduct initial bid assessments evaluating eligibility, commercial value, competition, risks and submission requirements.
• Analyse procurement documents to extract evaluation criteria, mandatory evidence, deadlines and potential challenges.
• Coordinate sales, technical experts, external partners and vendors to gather required inputs for each proposal.
• Lead the creation, compilation and quality‑check of bid responses, ensuring all supporting documentation and compliance evidence are complete.
• Oversee the full proposal lifecycle, guaranteeing timely delivery that satisfies client specifications.
• Apply AI‑driven tools to streamline research, document review and proposal development, improving overall efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing tenders, bids, RFP responses or complex proposal processes, preferably with public‑sector contracts.
• Excellent business writing skills and a strong command of English.
• Ability to interpret large volumes of information and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong organisational skills with capacity to handle multiple concurrent opportunities.
• Proactive mindset, high ownership and ability to work independently.
• Experience using AI tools to automate tasks, boost productivity and support decision‑making.
