About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to train client engineers, resolve equipment issues and support our partners across Latvia and abroad. You will work with electromechanical printing equipment and contribute to product validation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured training sessions for client engineers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support for equipment and prototype problems.
• Collect and analyse performance data using data‑analysis tools and give feedback to R&D, product managers and engineers.
• Participate in product validation and testing at the company or at client sites.
• Implement continuous improvements of procedures, systems, processes and tools.
• Support other Plockmatic group units in Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, equipment engineering, mechatronics or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of software‑controlled electromechanical equipment.
• Good command of Latvian and excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to organise and deliver clear training sessions.
• Structured problem‑solving approach and independent decision‑making.
• Team player able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel abroad up to 100 days per year.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.

• Full‑time position, Monday‑Friday, 8 hours per day.
