Manual Packing Operator – Payment Card Production

About the role

We are seeking a Manual Packing Operator to join Tieto Banktech’s production team. You will be responsible for assembling and packaging payment cards, preparing shipments, and ensuring quality and security standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Package and assemble payment cards and related materials.
• Sort, count, and prepare envelopes and shipments.
• Perform quality control checks on products and shipments.
• Hand over shipments to courier services following work instructions.
• Identify and report quality issues, operational risks, or security incidents.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Ensure secure handling and storage of materials and products.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in training and process improvement activities.

Required profile

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or fulfilment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and integrity.
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions consistently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Proficiency in Latvian; basic English is an advantage.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
