About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide 24‑hour technical assistance to private and business customers. The role is ideal for communicative individuals who enjoy solving IT‑related issues and want to develop a career in customer‑focused technology support.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, register and resolve incidents from private and business clients, offering guidance on service operation and fault remediation.
• Analyze objections, prepare fault reports and suggest improvements.
• Verify the effectiveness of solutions after implementation to ensure service quality.
• Continuously develop problem‑solving abilities and analytical thinking.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or client support.
• Strong interest in IT technologies and a desire to expand knowledge.
• Precision, high sense of responsibility and ability to organise work independently.
• Capability to persuade, argue and make decisions under stress.
• Excellent Latvian language skills.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including night shifts, with the possibility to combine work with studies.
