SAP Procure to Pay Consultant (P2P/Purchasing/MM)

About the role

We are seeking a functional SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) consultant to join a global S/4HANA project for a leading Life Sciences consultancy. The role involves managing functional testing, rollout activities and ensuring alignment with global standards across regional deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute global, regional and local test cases, test plans and test data for the Deployment End‑to‑End Tests in the P2P workstream.
• Coordinate testing activities with external partners such as 3PLs and manage defect resolution across streams.
• Provide status reporting for test execution and collaborate with the RSS Regional Testing Service Hub to meet project timelines.
• Work with the commercial team to translate business requirements into testing specifications and support rollout phases.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of business experience in SAP P2P (Procure to Pay) functional area.
• Strong ability to analyse, design, describe and test end‑to‑end business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and change management skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English.

Required skills

• SAP R3 / SAP S/4HANA end‑user experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager testing tool (advantage).
