About the role

As the Store Manager you will own the performance of the store, driving sales, profitability and an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a diverse team, balancing front‑of‑house energy with behind‑the‑scenes efficiency to create a vibrant, customer‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by coaching the team to provide personalized styling advice and expert product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data and take ownership of commercial results, implementing actions to meet targets.
• Recruit, onboard and train new staff, ensuring a high‑performing team.
• Identify high‑potential talent and design development plans to support career growth.
• Oversee all store operations, including compliance, visual merchandising and operational efficiency.
