About the role

The Children’s Clinical University Hospital is seeking a dedicated Sterilization Technical Worker to join its central sterilization department. You will be responsible for processing medical instruments and materials, ensuring they are clean, disinfected, packaged, sterilized and ready for clinical use.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, disinfect, package and sterilize medical devices and materials according to established protocols.
• Prepare and manage documentation and data entry in the PRONEX system, including order processing and protocol completion.
• Observe and enforce safety and hygiene standards, using personal protective equipment in all work zones.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and inventory.

Required profile

• Secondary or specialized education.
• At least one year of experience in medical material processing or a similar environment (preferred).
• Ability to work precisely while adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using the PRONEX software system.
• Basic internet navigation skills.
