Staff Product Designer

About the role

You will work alongside the Product Design Lead and existing designers, owning the full design process for high‑impact B2B and consumer products at Paybis. You will partner directly with product managers, engineers, compliance and legal teams, and engage with partners to ensure enterprise UX meets real‑world needs.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign the Paybis Business Partner Portal, covering onboarding, KYB, integration, monitoring, analytics and team management.
• Design corporate wallet, OTC and treasury workflows, including dashboards, balances, payouts and approvals.
• Create the embedded on/off‑ramp and swap experience for partners, focusing on high‑conversion checkout and white‑label consistency.
• Turn compliance requirements (KYB, KYC, travel rule, MiCA) into usable flows and establish enterprise UI patterns such as data tables, filtering, permissions and notifications.
• Own the corporate website (paybis.com), delivering end‑to‑end design for business sections, landing pages and localized variants.

Required profile

• 8+ years of end‑to‑end digital product design experience, with senior or staff‑level responsibility.
• Proven track record designing complex B2B, enterprise or infrastructure products, especially in fintech, payments or crypto.
• Full autonomy over the design process, from problem definition to post‑launch performance.
• Strong UI craftsmanship with expert use of typography, layout, colour and state design.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems in Figma.
• Data‑informed design practice using qualitative research, quantitative metrics and experimentation.
