SEO Specialist – Drive Organic Growth

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Specialist to boost organic visibility and traffic for multiple iGaming and affiliate websites. You will work closely with content, design, product and development teams to ensure our sites rank highly, load quickly and deliver a great user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic across a portfolio of websites.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits, addressing crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals and structured data issues.
• Collaborate with content, design and product teams to optimise on‑page elements such as metadata, internal linking, keyword targeting and content structure.
• Support off‑page initiatives by coordinating with link‑building partners and monitoring backlink profiles.
• Track performance, produce weekly and monthly reports and deliver actionable insights to improve rankings and conversion rates.
• Create tickets for developers, work alongside them to resolve technical problems and ensure smooth deployments.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SEO trends, including AI‑driven search, and evaluate their impact on strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in the iGaming sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
