Senior Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Finance Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. In this highly visible position you will translate financial and data‑driven insights into concrete business impact, driving profitability, efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders, providing forward‑looking insights on performance, competition and macro‑economic trends.
• Drive Baltic‑ and Group‑level strategic initiatives and shape business steering principles.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Deliver actionable reporting, cost control and performance analysis to optimise resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics Unit to design advanced reporting and embed data into steering models.
• Conduct investment evaluations and cost‑benefit analyses for high‑impact projects.
• Challenge business units to meet profitability, efficiency and productivity targets.
• Foster a data‑driven decision‑making culture across departments and the Group.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of value‑creation drivers and commercial performance.
• Experience in strategic finance, business partnering or advisory roles working closely with senior leadership.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with ability to anticipate business needs.
• Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, P&L management and financial statements.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in English and the local language at C1 level or higher.
