Senior CRM Expert – Lifecycle Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior CRM expert to own our lifecycle marketing strategy across more than 20 online shops. You will define the retention roadmap, drive high‑impact programs and mentor the CRM team to raise the overall quality of our customer communications.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle roadmap, deciding which retention programs (welcome, win‑back, loyalty, reactivation) to run across all shops.
• Lead segmentation and targeting strategy, defining audience slices and matching messages to moments.
• Set and own measurement frameworks, establish KPIs, run tests and translate results into continuous improvements.
• Mentor and review the CRM team’s work, establishing standards for quality and processes.
• Partner with brand, product and data teams to align on the retention agenda.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing, with a proven track record of improving retention KPIs.
• Hands‑on expertise with a CRM/ESP platform such as Emarsys, Iterable, Braze or CleverTap.
• Demonstrated experience building and operating agentic AI workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with segmentation, testing and data‑driven decision making.
• Working‑level English for a globally distributed team.
