Senior Creative Producer – Strategic Projects

About the role

Welltech is looking for a Senior Creative Producer to join its Strategic Projects unit. In this fast‑moving, test‑and‑learn environment you will shape creative strategy for brand‑new acquisition channels, rather than simply executing existing playbooks.

Key responsibilities

• Research and define best‑practice creative approaches for channels that are new to Welltech.
• Translate performance signals and platform nuances into clear creative direction, even with limited data.
• Design, test and iterate fresh, user‑centric ad concepts across emerging ad networks.
• Analyze creative and user‑acquisition performance to quickly refine concepts.
• Conduct market and competitor research to surface trends for each pilot channel.
• Manage full‑cycle creative production from idea generation to final implementation, working closely with the motion‑design team.
• Prioritise and balance multiple concurrent pilots, collaborating with UA/Growth and Product/Growth leads.

Required profile

• Thrives in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments and enjoys pioneering new platform strategies.
• Strong experimental mindset; comfortable testing formats without established benchmarks.
• Ability to synthesize performance data into actionable creative guidance.
• Excellent project‑management skills, capable of juggling several pilots simultaneously.
• Collaborative attitude, working cross‑functionally with growth, product and design teams.
