Senior Controller – Finance Controlling Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Controller to join our Group Control team. In this position you will own the financial controlling for selected corporate functions, work closely with senior stakeholders across an international organization, and drive continuous improvement of reporting and analysis processes.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for financial controlling of designated corporate functions, including month‑end closing, forecasting, reporting and business support.
• Produce timely, high‑quality financial deliverables and analyse performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with unit leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to provide insights that support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead initiatives to simplify, standardise and automate reporting and controlling processes, leveraging digital tools and AI where appropriate.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects, process‑improvement programmes and development initiatives.

Required profile

• Solid experience in controlling, finance or business partnering, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a strong “can‑do” attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation to enhance finance processes.
