Senior Clinical Project Manager (Oncology)

About the role

IQVIA Biotech is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead oncology clinical studies. The role combines project delivery, financial oversight and strategic partnership with biotech customers to accelerate innovative treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned clinical studies, optimizing speed, quality and cost while ensuring compliance with study tools and SOPs.
• Set objectives for the core project team, monitor performance and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop integrated study management plans and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to achieve milestones.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, leading problem‑solving and corrective actions.
• Manage project financials, forecast revenue opportunities and control scope changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in project management of clinical trials.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulatory requirements for clinical research.
• Experience managing project financials and contractual obligations.
