Senior Advertising Specialist

About the role

Trendsetters is looking for a Senior Advertising Specialist to join its team in Riga. This full‑time hybrid position will plan, manage and optimise advertising campaigns that support clients’ recruitment and employer‑branding objectives across digital and traditional media.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise advertising campaigns on social media, search and other relevant platforms.
• Analyse target audiences, select appropriate media channels and negotiate media buys.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets and bids, and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, legal requirements and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and managing advertising campaigns, including media planning and buying.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as social media ads and search ads.
• Ability to work with data and analytics tools to track, interpret and optimise performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Latvian and English; Russian is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams and ensuring brand consistency.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
