Senior Accountant – Intercompany Team

About the role

Join the Finance & Control department of Circle K Business Centre in Riga as a Senior Accountant on the Intercompany Team. You will support the full accounting and reporting cycle for Circle K’s European operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and year‑end financial statements in line with Group deadlines.
• Participate in external audit processes and ensure timely delivery of required documentation.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions, resolve discrepancies and maintain clean records.
• Manage operational accounting issues and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with business units and stakeholders across Europe and North America.
• Ensure internal controls comply with Group guidelines.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive attitude in a challenging setting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a global organization.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Oracle JDE (or similar ERP systems).
• Familiarity with Longview budgeting and reporting tools.
