Senior Accountant – Global Finance & Reporting

About the role

The Senior Accountant will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting and statutory reporting for assigned Rho legal entities across multiple jurisdictions. This role supports entity‑level financial results, audit preparation, and continuous improvement of accounting processes in line with US GAAP, local GAAP, and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and completeness of financial results for assigned entities, reviewing income‑statement and balance‑sheet movements.
• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, re‑classifications and other adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain balance‑sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving reconciling items promptly.
• Support local statutory accounting, financial statement preparation, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate intercompany accounting, cost allocations, charge‑backs and related reconciliations.
• Assist with VAT, tax and other regulatory filings in the relevant jurisdictions.
• Identify accounting risks, control gaps and process inefficiencies, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Utilise NetSuite and other finance systems for entity‑level accounting, reporting and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior accounting roles with responsibility for multi‑entity reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP and IFRS where applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage statutory, tax and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
• Experience preparing audit‑ready documentation and supporting external auditors.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global finance teams and external advisors.
