Senior Account Manager – AEC (Remote Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a senior account manager to act as the trusted right‑hand for a portfolio of architecture firms. You will develop deep relationships with founders and partners, understand their business goals and frustrations, and design strategies that help them win meaningful projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 4‑6 architecture clients, building genuine relationships and overseeing their growth plans.
• Onboard new clients, interview them to uncover needs and create quarterly roadmaps covering LinkedIn outreach, ABM, SEO, content and paid campaigns.
• Direct outreach strategy, define targeting, messaging and supervise list building and campaign execution.
• Coordinate the internal delivery team, run weekly syncs and client calls, and report progress to the founder.
• Drive client retention by anticipating needs, providing strategic advice and fostering long‑term trust.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B marketing and client‑management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong relationship‑building mindset, empathy and the ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Proactive problem‑solver who enjoys working with ambitious entrepreneurs.
• Fluent English with confidence leading client calls.
