Security Dispatcher (multiple positions)

About the role

Rīgas satiksme is looking for Security Dispatchers to monitor and coordinate safety at its facilities and public transport service points. You will work on‑site at Kleistu iela 28, ensuring a rapid response to any security incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the security situation at objects and public transport locations using the installed security systems.
• Assess reported security incidents, document them and forward reports to the appropriate authorities.
• Notify the State Fire and Rescue Service, police, security centre or other responsible bodies when necessary.
• Record identified security risks and events in the incident register.

Required profile

• Secondary (medium) education.
• At least three years of professional experience coordinating events (including people and transport) that involve continuity planning for security incidents, emergencies or crises.
• State language proficiency at level B2 or equivalent education in the state language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Preference for candidates with military or operational service experience related to task coordination.
