SAP Procure to Pay Consultant (P2P/Purchasing/MM)

About the role

Fusion Consulting, a global Life Sciences business and IT consultancy, is looking for a functional consultant specializing in SAP P2P (Procure to Pay) for a global project. The role manages functional, process testing and rollout activities in the P2P area for several regional deployments, working within a global team to gain end-to-end process knowledge from design through rollout in S/4 HANA.

Key responsibilities

• Define global, regional and local test cases, test plans, test data and prerequisites for Deployment End-to-End Tests (DET)
• Execute and document tests in SAP Solution Manager according to system-specific frameworks and PMM and CSV rules
• Coordinate testing with external partners such as 3PLs and handle defect management across streams
• Ensure testing follows the project schedule and set up status reporting for the Test Management team
• Cooperate with the RSS Regional Testing Service Hub and with the commercial team on business requirements and processes
• Take part in the design phase to turn business processes into testing specifications and in the rollout phase to ensure smooth implementation

Required profile

• SAP system end-user experience (R3/S4 HANA)
• 3-5 years of related business experience
• Ability to analyse, design, describe and test solutions from an end-to-end business process perspective
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and change management skills, and excellent written and verbal English

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP and decentralized cross-process IT systems and their applications
• Broad knowledge of P2P business processes, policies and programs
• SAP Solution Manager testing tool experience is an advantage
