Master Data Consultant (Temporary)

About the role

Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a Consultant Master Data for a temporary position of 1.5 years. The role implements and maintains fuel product master data in the company's ERP system for the European market, and supports users and data quality. A valid EU/EEA work permit is required; relocation assistance is not provided.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain fuel product master data setups in the company's ERP system within the European market.
• Ensure master data quality and completeness according to internal policies and agreed deadlines.
• Act as key contact for product setup and rebranding in the ERP system.
• Control, investigate and resolve daily errors in the company's interface performance.
• Provide daily user support, perform root cause analysis and escalate issues to the ERP quality team.
• Work on operational projects, test processes and suggest improvements, standardisation, automation and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between departments and external parties, working closely with Analytics, Finance & Control, Risk Management, Supply & Trading Global Fuel and IT & Quality Support.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Accounting, IT or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with business processes, data flows and IT integrations.
• Knowledge of accounting systems or trading systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with Microsoft business suite software and other industry programs.
• Advanced Excel and regular MS Office tools.
