Sales Support Specialist – Multilingual (Latvian, English, EU)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Specialist who will act as the bridge between our customers and internal sales teams. The role requires fluency in Latvian, English and at least one additional EU language to ensure smooth communication across our international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate customer, order and document data in company systems.
• Handle routine customer inquiries independently and forward complex issues to the appropriate team members.
• Prepare and organise documentation for sales transactions and maintain operation history records.
• Assist the Sales Team with administrative tasks, reporting and data preparation.
• Coordinate information on orders, product deliveries and reporting between the company and customers.

Required profile

• Fluency in Latvian, English and at least one other EU language (e.g., Italian, French, Spanish, German).
• Minimum 2 years experience in administrative, sales or customer‑support roles.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Bitrix24 CRM.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Axapta (ERP) or similar systems.
