Sales Project Manager

About the role

ITAB, an international group specializing in retail environments and commercial equipment, is seeking a Sales Project Manager for its operations in Latvia. You will act as the trusted partner for key retail customers, turning their needs into concrete project solutions and guiding them from initial discussion through successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with retail customers across Latvia and international markets.
• Develop, scope and manage sales projects for commercial equipment and retail solutions, defining timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers to drive company growth.
• Coordinate project execution with production, cross‑functional teams and external partners, ensuring milestones are met.
• Communicate project status, handle adjustments due to capacity or technical constraints, and resolve challenges quickly.
• Monitor customer payments and support timely invoice settlement.
• Represent ITAB at trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management, project management or business development within manufacturing, retail solutions or technical product sectors.
• Strong understanding of project‑based sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and use ERP, CRM and other business systems.
