Sales Manager – Call Center BPO

About the role

Plainstream is a Latvian BPO company delivering omnichannel customer support for recognized brands. As a Sales Manager you will shape commercial strategy and drive sales performance within a dynamic, international call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage the team's daily operations, ensuring goals and KPIs are met
• Lead daily morning and weekly team meetings, along with regular 1:1s
• Analyse sales results, KPIs, and call quality to identify growth opportunities
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members, including onboarding new hires
• Conduct sales call audits and provide constructive feedback
• Handle non‑standard situations in customer service and sales
• Participate in recruiting new team members and team development
• Oversee work schedules, working hours, and absences
• Maintain up‑to‑date KPI data and report it
• Contribute to planning and improving sales, upselling, and cross‑selling activities

Required profile

• Experience in telemarketing sales and/or team leadership
• Ability to motivate, develop, and inspire others
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with KPIs and data
• High sense of responsibility and a results‑driven approach
