About the role

We are looking for a part‑time repair worker and caretaker to maintain our premises located at Noliktavu iela 11. The role involves performing basic repairs, routine upkeep and ensuring the facility remains clean and functional.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out minor repairs such as plumbing, electrical or carpentry tasks as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning, waste removal and general upkeep of the premises.
• Monitor building conditions and promptly report any issues.
• Assist with inventory management of maintenance supplies.
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness are consistently upheld.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Physical capability to handle manual tasks and lift equipment.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance and repair.
• Good communication skills for interacting with staff and supervisors.
