Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

INVEGO, a fast‑growing real‑estate developer operating in the Baltics, is looking for a Sales Consultant to join its Latvian team. You will guide prospective buyers through the entire home‑buying journey, from the first contact to handing over the keys, while contributing to the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the full sales cycle, providing a seamless experience.
• Generate new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with potential buyers.
• Conduct property presentations, organise viewings and answer client queries.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage your sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, project management and development teams.
• Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales or a high‑performance sales environment.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to take full ownership of targets.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Creative thinker open to new sales approaches.
• Fluent in Latvian, Russian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management.
