About the role

Civinity LV, SIA, a leading residential building management company in Latvia and part of the international Civinity group, is seeking a Property Manager for its portfolio of residential buildings in Riga. The role involves taking full responsibility for a trusted building portfolio, making sound decisions, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the assigned residential building portfolio (technical and financial aspects).
• Organise and supervise maintenance, upkeep and repair works.
• Plan and monitor budget execution, identifying efficiency improvements.
• Arrange owner meetings and ensure implementation of decisions.
• Coordinate cooperation with service providers and technical teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and spot development opportunities.
• Maintain high‑quality communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure services comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years practical experience in real‑estate/property management, preferably residential.
• Ability to independently organise and manage an assigned portfolio.
• Understanding of budgeting and cost control.
• Strong analytical skills and sound decision‑making.
• Category B driver’s licence.
• Proficiency in Latvian language as required by regulations.
