Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will combine hands‑on technical execution with data‑driven process improvement on the production floor. Reporting to the QA Senior Lead, you will own audits, defect investigations and process validations for print‑on‑demand methods across a global network of facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular process and SOP adherence audits and support global site audits.
• Monitor quality metrics using PowerBI, Looker and Jira, identify trends and propose improvements.
• Lead root‑cause analyses for production rejections, customer complaints and high‑priority escalations.
• Serve as the point of contact for quality escalations, coordinate corrective actions and communicate resolutions.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D and Engineering to close gaps, support testing and integrate new product launches.
• Maintain quality standards, control guidelines and product placement documentation.
• Execute internal projects and support leadership‑driven initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience with print‑on‑demand production (DTG, DTF, embroidery, sublimation) and quality control methodologies.
• Data‑driven problem‑solver able to translate metrics into actionable corrective actions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple investigations.
• Professional fluency in English and ability to work with multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10‑15% of the time.
• Background in industrial engineering, manufacturing or QMS is a plus.
