About the role

As a Project Manager in the Securities Origination (SO) unit, you will be a high‑level specialist responsible for maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients and leading the bond issuance process from client acquisition through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships related to SO activities.
• Identify and coordinate potential SO business opportunities in the Baltics with the Corporate Client department.
• Monitor local and international credit‑market trends.
• Prepare transaction proposals, price indications and submit documentation to decision‑making bodies.
• Ensure proper storage of protocols and related transaction documents.
• Register internal personnel according to current procedures.
• Lead SO projects, coordinating documentation, marketing materials, execution and post‑transaction support.
• Prepare prospectus or other required documentation during financial‑instrument issuance.
• Inform clients about capital‑market changes and their impact on transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all internal and external regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, insurance, financial markets, investment banking, corporate finance or a similar financial sector.
• Strong understanding of lending, investments, financial markets and products.
• Proven ability to analyse financial statements and assess company performance.
• Experience in project management and multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality results.
