Program Manager – Baltic Countries (UAS)

About the role

Redwire Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) development programs across the Baltic region. Based in Riga, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑focused initiatives, from proposal through design, production, and post‑delivery support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned programs, ensuring schedules, budgets and deliverables are met.
• Lead internal R&D initiatives, driving innovation while hitting key milestones such as PDR and CDR.
• Coordinate product development phases from system design to manufacturing and customer support.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, providing regular updates, handling field issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and other departments.
• Identify, assess and mitigate program risks, conduct root‑cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor program KPIs, prepare status reports and manage program budgets and P&L.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Risk Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense or UAV sectors.
• Experience with New Product Development processes and design milestones (PDR, CDR).
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher; knowledge of Latvian, Lithuanian or Estonian is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business when required.
