Field Support Representative Specialist

About the role

The Field Support Representative (FSR) provides operational and technical support to customers, ensuring the effective performance of products and services and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires the ability to independently identify and resolve technical issues, maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, and collaborate with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on-site operational and technical support to customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing consultation and guidance to clients.
• Document customer inquiries, issues, and feedback in company systems.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and delivering quality service.
• Maintain up-to-date technical and operational knowledge of company products and systems.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Program Management, Product Management, Customer Service, and MRO.
• Participate in the “Stand‑by System” rotation schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, mechanical engineering, or another technical field.
• Knowledge of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) technologies and aviation standards.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of Latvian and English; Russian language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for short‑term business trips abroad.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of technical software, such as SolidWorks.
• Previous experience working with UAS, aviation, or other technical systems is an advantage.
