Production Equipment Technical Service Operator

About the role

We are looking for a technically‑oriented, responsible colleague to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our production and technical equipment in a food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance of production and technical equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and technical condition.
• Adjust, service, and prepare machinery for operation.
• Carry out necessary technical maintenance and simple repairs.
• Detect equipment malfunctions promptly and participate in corrective actions.
• Execute various technical service tasks according to production needs.
• Conduct preventive and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Record all maintenance, repairs, and observed equipment damages.

Required profile

• Relevant technical education.
• Previous experience in production, equipment service, or related technical work.
• Technical mindset and interest in working with machinery.
• Practical ability to perform technical tasks.
• Capability to organize work independently and resolve technical situations.
• Responsible attitude toward duties and entrusted technology.
• Precision and ability to work effectively in a team.
